Our refrigerated designs with integrated pancakes appliances were awarded the APRIA Prize 2001 – the Technological Innovation and Hygiene in Catering Prize – at the Equip' Hôtel trade fair in Paris, and the Prorestel Trophy 2002 – Cookware Category – at the Prorestel trade fair in Saint-Malo.
Compact:
Integrated into the pancake appliance worktop, neutral refrigerated gastronorm containers and bain marie (optional), with cupboard(s) and cold door(s) in the base.
Perfectly suited for use indoors, a ventilation hood can then be adapted.

Each piece of equipment has been designed with a series of neutral, refrigerated gastronorm containers (with lids) within easy reach, of different capacities, for holding the batter and fillings for your sweet and savoury pancakes.
Easy to use:
Pancakes appliances, bains-marie, refrigerated gastronorm containers and cold doors in the base are all equipped with thermostats.
Fitted with castors, each piece of equipment is easy to move and can be set up where you want.
With its protection screen, they are ideal for working outside (terraces).
